Welcome to Crazy Wisdom Bookstore (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, visiting our store, or booking our event space, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Use
You agree to use our website and services in a lawful and respectful manner.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful behavior.
2. Products & Purchases
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change
- We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors
- Return and exchange policies may be handled in-store and may vary by product

3. Events & Workshops
For in-store events, workshops, and classes:
- Registration may be required in advance
- Payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events
If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.
4. Private Event Rentals (Upstairs Space)
All private event bookings are subject to a separate Event Rental Agreement.
By booking the space, you agree to:
- Pay all required fees (rental, deposit, cleaning, etc.)
- Use the space responsibly and respectfully
- Be financially responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests
We reserve the right to end an event if it violates agreed-upon terms or creates safety concerns.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Event and rental cancellation terms are governed by your booking agreement
- General purchases are subject to our in-store policies
6. Email & Communications
By providing your email, you agree to receive occasional updates, event announcements, and offerings.
You can unsubscribe at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, images, branding, and materials—is the property of Crazy Wisdom Bookstore and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Participation in events and use of our space is at your own risk
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
10. Store return and exchange policy
Store credits and exchanges are available if you return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
All tags, plastic outer seal and hygiene seals must be attached.
Returns may be refused if items are not in original condition, tags are removed, plastic is removed or item is stained, damaged, or altered.
We process returns within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days during busy periods.
Not Eligible for Return: Final sale, earrings, cosmetics & gift cards.
