Meditation and Ayurveda share the same goal: to regain the lost connection with our true nature and thus achieve the body-vital-mind balance that brings about harmony and happiness in life.
Dr. Kapila Castoldi has studied meditation under the guidance of spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy for 40 years. Her interest in Ayurveda as a complement to meditation spans two decades. The classes are offered free of charge as a community service.
